Shipping and Handling
Our site is programmed to calculate your delivery per item in your basket and includes packaging simply add items to your basket and a running total of your delivery charge will appear and amend as you select your items.
Delivery Schedule
We will endeavour to dispatch your order to you within 5 business days providing the items you have ordered are in stock. If the items are not in stock we anticipate a delivery time period of 7 to 10 business days.
Please note, if we dispatch your order and it is returned to us as you have not been available to take delivery and the goods are returned to us you will be charged the carriage cost of the goods being returned to us.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will contact you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. If we do not have your items in stock you will be credited.
Returns Policy
Returned goods must be unused and in a sealed condition. Any packaging i.e Reel Boxes must also be in the same condition as when recieved. If you return goods because they where ordered incorrectly or if clothing does not fit you will pay the return postage costs. If you would like to replace the goods with antoher size or colour, we will charge carriage on the replacement. If you return an item because it was faulty when it was delivered, we will refund your postage costs of returning it to us. Please check with us before returning any goods as we will only refund the basic postage charge.
Under normal circumstances the return of goods becasue of reasons outwith the above, for example, they are no longer required, refunds will not be made. Please contact us for further details, if we agree to make a refund this will be subject to a 20% restocking charge on goods and no refund will be made for postage.
Special Orders
Please note that quantities of weights will have a seperate postage and packaging charge we will advise by telephone or email of the cost before despatching your order.
