Shipping and Handling
Order value £0.00 to £30.00 postage will be £3.99.
Order value £30.00 to £100.00 postage will be £5.99.
Order value £100.00 to £150.00 postage will be £7.99.
Order value £150.00 and above will be free postage.
Delivery Schedule
We will endeavour to dispatch your order to you within 2 business days providing the items you have ordered are in stock. If the items are not in stock we anticipate a delivery time period of 5 to 7 business days.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will contact you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. If we do not have your items in stock you will be credited.
Returns Policy
Returned goods must be unused and in a sealed condition. Any packaging i.e Reel Boxes must also be in the same condition as when recieved. If you return goods because they where ordered incorrectly or if clothing does not fit you will pay the return postage costs. If you would like to replace the goods with antoher size or colour, we will charge carriage on the replacement. If you return an item because it was faulty when it was delivered, we will refund your postage costs of returning it to us. Please check with us before returning any goods as we will only refund the basic postage charge.
Special Orders
please note that quantities of weights will have a seperate postage and packaging charge we will advise by telephone or email of the cost before despatching your order.
